Our Builders

These garden homes are masterfully designed by John Ward, AIA, an award winning Norman architect, with over 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential design business.  John's architectural design work includes numerous high profile projects including The Route 66 Museum in Elk City, only thirty five miles from Cordell.  The building team is rounded out by two additional partners who were raised, live and work in Cordell. The team is familiar with the needs and high standards of rural citizens. The builders have found a housing formula that will tap a market in Western Oklahoma that has largely been underserved for several decades.  Family-sized or large tours with the builders can be arranged through the realtors with proper notice.
